Polish Pottery Plus is committed to protecting your privacy. All personal information collected by Polish Pottery Plus is confidential and is not shared or sold to any third parties.
 
 

Cancellation Policy

 
You may cancel any item from your order, as long as it has not yet entered into the shipping process. If you wish to proceed with a cancellation request for an open order, please contact us immediately at service@polishpotterydirect.com and let us know you would like to cancel your order. We will do our best to try and get your order changed or cancelled. You must provide us with your order number and you must use the email address that is on your order.
 
If we are unable to make the requested change or cancellation, the product may be returned to us per our Return Policy. Refunds will be given for product only. Please do not place an order if you are moving, or if you will not be there to accept the package, or any other questionable situation.
 
 

Damaged Items

 
If an item arrives broken please contact us immediately at service@polishpotterydirect.com. Please include your full name, order number, and contact information in all correspondence. Please keep the box, packing material, and the broken item. Either arrange to have the original package and broken item picked up by the carrier who delivered it or take the original package and broken item to the nearest United States Postal Service office. Do not return the item to Polish Pottery Plus; refunds will not be made for broken items returned to Polish Pottery Plus.
 
The United States Postal Service will process the insurance claim for the broken item and notify Polish Pottery Plus that the claim process has begun. At that time, Polish Pottery Plus will send you a replacement for the broken item. Claims will not be accepted by Polish Pottery Plus after 5 business days of the receipt of your purchase.
 
 

Return Policy

 
In the event you need to return an item, please contact us at returns@polishpotterydirect.com within 3 business days of the receipt of your purchase. Polish Pottery Plus accepts returns within 10 business days of the receipt of your purchase. The item(s) must be returned in the original packaging and insured for their full value. The item(s) must be in new/unused condition and the first quality sticker must still be attached. Please be sure to include a copy of the invoice or packing slip. Postage costs are not refundable unless an error was made on the part of Polish Pottery Plus. Returns that break in transit to Polish Pottery Plus will not be refunded by Polish Pottery Plus. Polish Pottery Plus will file an insurance claim with the United States Postal Service, who will in turn refund you the insured amount.
